A modern bathroom renovation with a floating sink, concealed cistern toilet and walk-in shower. We boxed in the cistern and added shelving below the floating sink for extra storage.

We transformed this small space into a cloakroom WC, opting for a miniature sink, and a hidden cistern with shelving above the toilet to maximise space and achieve a modern feel.

Getting a rental property back up to scratch for tenants to move into. There was a lot to contend with and we tackled not only the inside but the exterior, ensuring the house was cosy and presentable for the new tenants.
